Dupont Drive, Anaheim, CA 92806 <br />AT&T has requested that Tait Environmental Services replace the faulty spill bucket at the above referenced <br />facility. The spill bucket failed the hydrostatic test performed during the annual monitoring system <br />certification performed on 5/21/09.
