Ad Art Rd.
Stockton
As per our conversation on May 25, 1999 concerning the above sites, it was
indicated that both sites were found to need further investigation due to
contamination found at the time of the environmental assessment. The RWQC8
was consulted concerning these sites and they have concurred with these
findings. Due to these results the EHD would request that above listed single
wall tanks be removed (closed) under a permit issued by the EHD.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Karen Furst, M.D., M.P.H.
Health Officer
CC
Doug Wilson, Supervising R.E.H.S.
Environmental Health Division
DW/dw
cc: Ligaya Reyes/lboeasly
Division of San juaquin Cuunn- Health Care Ser:-ices
