The following items must be submitted prior to approval: <br />1. Buoyancy Calculations <br />2. Manufactures instruction and description for the proposed flex boot to be used for <br />the transition into the dispensers. <br />3. A detailed description of the overfill prevention system. <br />4. Manufacturers instructions and description for the proposed flexible piping. <br />5. Manufacturers instructions and description for the rock guard to be used in <br />conjunction with the dual wall flexible piping. <br />6. The permit application and drawing 36 state that a dispenser pan sensor will be <br />installed. However, the parts listing does not indicate a model number to be <br />ordered. <br />7.
