SECTION 13215 - UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANK <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 SECTION INCLUDES <br />A. Applicability: Replacement tank is an underground type for Stockton CHP. <br />B. Tanks: Underground double-wall storage tank(s) systems for fuel product storage complete with: <br />1. Tie Down Systems. <br />2. Vent Systems. <br />3. Leak Monitoring System. <br />4. Fuel Supply System. <br />C. Fuel Level Detection System. <br />D. Fuel Leak Detection System. <br />E. Electrical Probe Cables: Supply under Section 13215 for installation under Section 02222. <br />1. Tank level sensor probe (s) and cables. <br />2. Obtain approval from each district in which tanks are to be installed. <br />B. <br />California Air Resources Board (GARB): <br />a <br />1. _Approved for Balanced Vapor Recovery, "CARB Executive Order G-70". <br />C. <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br />` <br />D. <br />California State Fire Marshal (SFM): <br />1. All work shall be reviewed and approved by SFM. <br />2. Obtain approval from each Fire District in which tank are to be installed. <br />E. <br />Code of Federal Regulations (CFR): <br />— <br />I. As administered by OSHA. <br />F. <br />Local Implementing Agency (LIA): <br />1.
