Emco Wheaton A4110; Tokheim Series 746; or equal. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANK <br />A. General: <br />1. Install according to most recent issue of manufacturer's written installation instructions. <br />2. Consult, and follow local codes, State codes, Health and Safety regulations. Failure to follow these <br />installation instructions may result in tank failure which shall be corrected by Contractor at his sole <br />expense. <br />3. Tank installer shall posses skill, competence and experience to insist on doing the job right. Tank <br />installer has to be a factory authorized contractor with proper documentation of training participation <br />and factory certification for underground tank installation. <br />B. Tank Testing Prior to Placing Tank in Excavation: <br />1. General: Test above ground at 5 pounds per square inch pressure for a minimum of 1 hour. <br />2. Procedure: <br />a. Soap entire tank surface and all fittings. Visually check for leaks. <br />b. During test, tanks are not to be left unattended. If tanks are dropped or impacted after initial test, <br />retest tanks. <br />c. Fiberglass Tanks: Test areas of impact to check for tank damage. <br />3.
