The information on this monitoring <br />program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County - <br />Environmental Health Department, phone (209) 468-3420 of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless <br />required to obtain approval before making the change. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? <br />Note: If a released hazardous substance reaches the environment, enters a storm drain, or <br />increases'& fire/explosion hazard, then San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department must be notified immediately.
