The 87 master STP sump sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to <br />ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to <br />activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br />The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br />Note: The 87 master and 87 slave spill buckets failed initial testing. Test caps were used, and the <br />buckets were retested and passed. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION ANY E A 'S C RRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />Inspector.
