Fremont St., Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace the spill containers and the STP sump sensors for all <br /> three tanks on the underground storage tank(UST) system at the above noted address. The <br /> permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that <br /> a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to <br /> performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the time <br /> of EHD inspection. <br /> b. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 or 91 tanks prior to <br /> the EHD inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br />
