This letter is in reference to the Environmental Health <br /> CUPA Permit to Operate which is issued by your agency to the facilities listed below. <br /> Pursuant to my conversation with Norva of your agency today, permit renewal invoices will not be mailed <br /> until the end of January 2008. Permits will be sent to us after our renewal fee is paid. <br /> Based on this information, BP will continue to operate under the existing permit previously issued by <br /> your agency.
