Fremont <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Lori Luces: <br /> This letter responds to the UST Program Inspection Report conducted by the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD), dated May 31, 2006, for the ARCO <br /> facility identified above. <br /> 1. Alleged Violation: The UST Program inspection report stated, "#11. The following <br /> sensors were not properly located to detect a leak: <br /> • 91 fill sump sensor was located in the middle of the sump <br /> 87 slave fill sensor located about 4 inches from the bottom <br /> • 87 master fill sensor located about 1 foot from the bottom <br /> • Dispenser pan'/4 sensor located about 4 inches from gthe bottom. <br /> Ensure all sensors are properly located to detect a leak at the earliest possible <br /> opportunity. Correct immediately". In the corresponding violation checklist,a <br /> check was placed next to"CCR 2630(d), UST system monitoring equipment is <br /> properly located to detect a leak." <br />
