Fremont Street <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Mr. Von Flue: <br /> This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the UST Inspection Report for <br /> ARCO Facility No. 5450 located at 1617 W. Fremont Street in Stockton, California dated <br /> October 3, 2008 (Attachment A). <br /> The inspection report stated that there were issues with the UST equipment at the site. <br /> The following is BP's response to the items noted during the inspection on October 3, <br /> 2008. <br /> • CCR 2635(b)(1): Spill container—The 87 master spill container was found to <br /> have a hole in the side wall of the container. It failed the hydrostatic test. A <br /> permit SR0054256 will be amended to include the failed spill container by Fillner <br /> Const. A new scope of work must be submitted. The spill container is located <br /> within a fill sump that has monitoring. The replaced spill container must be tested <br /> and verified to hold. Correct immediately. <br /> The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection,the spill containment for <br /> the unleaded underground storage tank(UST) failed during the compliance testing event. <br />
