I researched the issue with the secondary containment repair and found <br />that the sump penetration repair on the 87 master sump was done under a permit in 2004. Only a test boot was <br />replaced for the secondary containment repairs made in July. I will speak with Wayne Perry regarding how they <br />should document this on the test results in the future.
