Fremont St., Stockton CA <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />Routine and Monitoring System Certification UST Inspection Report <br />No violations were noted at the time of the inspection. <br />Note: Upon reviewing the secondary containment test results from 5/26/10, it was noted that the "87-1 <br />Syphon penetration torn boot 3.5 x 5.5 " was a visual fail. Upon inspecting the site, a blueline test boot <br />was installed in the 87 Master piping sump. The file narrative shows that a Blueline sump penetration <br />repair was made in 2004 on the syphon sump. The work order on site states that a test boot was <br />replaced. I will research this issue to find out which repair was made.
