a LOW COST ATG CONSOLE DESCRIPTION INCON's TS -1000/4 system is a complete automat gauge (ATG) and leak detection system for under, storage tanks (UST's). It is designed to provide tl monitoring and automation features needed in appli ranging from retail gasoline stations to chemical pla cost much lower than comparable systems. The TS -1000/4 is also equipped to monitor probes located in the annular (interstitial) space in wall tanks or in sumps. VOLUMETRIC LEAK DETECTION The TS -1000 family uses advanced statistical methods to perform fast, reliable, leak tests. These tests not only exceed the EPA requirements for ATG's, but also substantially exceed the demanding requirements for tank tightness testers. Leak detection performance claims have been evaluated and certified by an independent third party laboratory. The TS - 1000 achieves this unmatched level of leak detection perfor- mance as a result of INCON's proprietary "smart" leak test algorithm. You program the unit for a leak rate criterion and probability of detection, and the TS -1000 optimizes its test protocol to meet the actual regulations in your area. Then, while the test is underway, it actually analyzes the condi- tions in your tank to minimize test time and maximize accuracy, regardless of what the conditions may be. LIQUID SENSING The TS -1000/4 system adds point liquid sensing to the TS - 1000's ATG features. The TS -1000/4 can monitor 8 electro - optic or other liquid sensors located between the walls of double wall tanks and pipes, or anywhere else you need to detect liquid. The system allows you to assign a name or alias to each sensor. This name is used when alarms are reported so that the TS -1000 speaks to you in the language of your business and site. COMMUNICATION The TS -1000/2 includes powerful communication features which make it easy to collect management data and to interface to other systems. Each TS -1000 system includes a full featured RS -232 communications port. It may be used for local communications with other equipment or to communicate with any Hayes compat- ible modem. It has full autodialing capability to allow it to send alarm messages to remote monitoring locations. The TS -1000 communication protocol includes security features, error check- ing, and multi -drop capability. INCON's advanced TS -HOST and TS -LOG IBM PC compatible communications programs complete one of the most powerful communications offerings in the industry. AUTOMATION FEATURES The TS -1000 includes management and automation features that can help your run your business. Reports can be printed automati- cally at programmable times on designated days. The system can detect and record deliveries into each tank. You may program it to automatically reconcile (balance) your inventory over an accounting period. The TS -1000 maybe configured to automati- cally make telephone calls when alarms, deliveries, or other events occur. Leak tests may be scheduled to occur at predeter- mined times.
