NORCAP Services contracted with Jemco
Petroleum Marketers of Stockton to install fiberglass reinforced
epoxy interior lining systems (NSS 37 E) in the above tanks.
Upon opening the tanks and following cleanout of all sludge, the
tanks were visually and ultrasonically inspected and were found to
be in very good condition. No soundings (ultrasonic: measurements)
were less than 75% of original tank shell thickness, as shown on
the enclosed graphs. There was little to no interior corrosion
in any of the tanks. There were no perforations of any kind in
these tanks, therefore NORCAP Services believes that there has
been no unauthorized release of product from any of these tanks.
Should any additional information be required, please feel free to
contact me at the above telephone number.
Cordially yours,
Al Cpion
Field Services Superintendent
AC/ph
INDUSTRIAL THERMOPLASTIC and FRP - LININGS - REPAIRS - COATINGS - TANKS - FITTINGS
SPECIALTY FABRICATION - PLATING SYSTEMS - AIR POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEMS
