The Bravo float and chain in the satellite UDC sump and the dispenser 3/4 UDC sump failed to stop <br />the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to <br />activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br />The service technician adjusted the chain in the dispenser 3/4 UDC and verified functionality. Correct <br />the satellite UDC sump immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor <br />replace the failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a <br />permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, <br />there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />REPEAT VIOLATION <br />305. The north piping transition sump sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested <br />to ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to <br />activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br />The float in the sensor was replaced and the sensor was retested during the inspection. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by April 20, 2012 <br />along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br />violation and any supporting paperwork. <br />Provided: Return to Compliance Certification form, Schedule of FREE classes <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />
