Elite IV must test the <br />repaired float and chain, since they have a ICC service tech cert, James does not. I would like to witness the test this week (since I am off the last two <br />weeks of this month), however if they schedule it later another staff person can witness the test. <br />Also I just checked James' ICC DO cert and it has expired on 2/28/10. It is now my understanding that <br />you were never called to go back and retest the satellite. The technician went out the following Monday and called to leave a message telling <br />me he removed a little water and everything worked fine. I questioned whether he'd tested with water or just lifted the float. He confirmed <br />that he'd just lifted the float. I asked him to check again and he informed me he went back out and adjusted the existing float a little, tested <br />with water and everything worked. I told him we needed to test it with you and I'm now thinking that call wasn't made.
