It is now my understanding that <br />you were never called to go back and retest the satellite. The technician went out the following Monday and called to leave a message telling <br />me he removed a little water and everything worked fine. I questioned whether he'd tested with water or just lifted the float. He confirmed <br />that he'd just lifted the float. I asked him to check again and he informed me he went back out and adjusted the existing float a little, tested <br />with water and everything worked. I told him we needed to test it with you and I'm now thinking that call wasn't made.
