Charter Way, Stockton <br />As per our conversation on February 19, 2009 here is the information <br />that you requested. <br />1501. Charter Way, Stockton: <br />At this site Veeder Root Model 208 sensors will be installed in the turbine <br />sw-nps. Model 420 sensors will be installed in the tank annular spaces and in <br />the monitoring ports of the satellite piping. The tank probes will be replaced <br />with, Mag Plus tank probes. The monitoring of the under dispenser <br />containment will remain unchanged. The existing Incon tank monitor will <br />be replaced with a new Veeder Root TLS 350. We will also be installing the <br />Veeder Root Vapor Polisher EVR Phase 11 system. The conduit for the <br />Vapor Polisher will be routed through the building as the vent risers are <br />attached to the building. The existing under ground conduits will, be used <br />for the sensor and probe wiring. We will also be replacing a Line Leak <br />Detector with a Vaporless VMI-99-LD2000 as needed. <br />ICC Certification is as follows: <br />Travis Simmons, Technician/ Installation Retrofitting 5250032 <br />
