C7 <br />6. Contact Ray von Flue (468-9848) to arrange the following inspections (a 48-hour notice <br />is required): <br />a. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />7. An updated monitoring plan will be required to be submitted for approval once the <br />upgrade is completed. <br />8. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be <br />submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this <br />upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br />9. Permit expires 180 Days from the approval date.
