Contact Ray von Flue (468-9848) to arrange the following inspections (a 48-hour notice <br />is required): <br />a. Verify five gallon capacity and drain valve operation. <br />b. Verify corrosion protection on the direct bury spill container. <br />c. Witness sixty minute hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the spill container. <br />d. Witness functionality of float and chain assembly when tested with water. <br />7. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be <br />submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this <br />upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br />8.
