Charter Way <br /> Stockton, CA. 95206 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to remove 2 satellite dispensers which will have piping capped above the shear <br /> valve inside the UDC and have new Veeder Root 794390-420 sensors installed, the UDCs of the 2 <br /> removed satellite dispensers will be covered, additionally, Bravo conversion kits CONV-B2000 will be <br /> installed on 3 dispensers which will be replaced on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the <br /> above noted address. The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and <br /> local city building department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Cesar Ruvalcaba at (209) 953-6213 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br /> (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspections <br /> for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UDCs). <br /> b. Visual inspection of the piping within dispensers. <br /> c. Verification of the installation of the Bravo CONV-B2000 conversion frame per <br /> manufacturer instructions <br /> d. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring of the two new 420 Veeder Root <br /> sensors must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the <br /> requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. UDC's in which piping is capped and UDC is covered shall continue to be monitored and tested <br /> per UST regulations including but not limited to secondary containment testing and annual <br /> monitoring certification. The UST Tank Monitoring Plan and the UST Monitoring Site Plan in <br /> CERS shall be updated to reflect that satellite dispensers were removed but the UDC continues <br /> to be inspected by the Designated Operator, monitored and tested per UST regulations. <br /> 1868 E.
