Item #2. CCR 2637 refers to testing new secondary containment systems
installed after January 1, 2001. To my knowledge, there is no 6 month
testing requirement for secondary containment repairs, only a requirement
to test within 30 days of the completion of repair. However, if there is a
local agency requirement that has been properly codified, Quik Stop will
certainly comply.
2. Item #13. Corrected during the inspection.
3. Item #18. Walton Engineering obtained a permit in timely fashion for the
new spill bucket replaced at the time of inspection. Invoice showing
permit fee is attached.
4. Item #21. Corrected during the inspection.
5. Return to Compliance Certification is attached.
Sincerely,
QUIK STOP M TS, INC.
L? 7
Mike Karvelot, MSc, PG
Director of Environmental Affairs
Attachments
