Testing has not been completed and is five months past due. Secondary <br />containment testing is required six months after installation and at least every 36 months after. <br />Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br />#21 Liquid was observed in the 91 and 89 stp sumps. (About 1 cup of water in the 89 stp sump and <br />about 1 pint in the 91 stp sump). If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or <br />infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Ensure that the sump is maintained free of <br />liquid. Technician corrected during the inspection by removing the water and placing it into the <br />hazardous waste drum on site. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by 9-3-10. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($116). <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Insper.
