the actual cost of engineering; inspection, superintendence, <br /> and/or other overhead expenses which are directly chargeable to <br /> the contract. Should such work be undertaken at the request of <br /> the City, reimbursement will not be required. <br /> SECTION 1C DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK <br /> The work herein provided for consists in general of the <br /> construction of a Municipal Service Center, service station <br /> addition, in and for the City of Stockton, California. <br /> The work consists of the followings <br /> a. Construct a new pump island. <br /> b. Remove existing fuel pumps and install new fuel pumps. <br /> C. Install new electrical circuit breakers, conduits and <br /> wiring. <br /> d. Install data entry terminals. <br /> e. Install microprocessor based logic control. <br /> f. Install data printer and interface data recorder to City <br /> owned IBM-PC computer. <br /> g. And such other items and details shown and/or specified <br /> shall be furnished and installed and/or constructed. <br /> SECTION 1D LEGAL RELATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY <br /> 1. 00 Permits and Licenses <br /> The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all <br /> permits required by the- San Joaquin County Air Pollution <br /> Control District and . the City of Stockton Building <br /> Department prior to starting work. <br /> 2. 00 Inspection <br /> The contractor shall notify the City' s Fire Prevention <br /> Division for inspection of all fuel system connections. <br />
