Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> UNDERGRQ= STORAGE TS <br /> The following is a status report on City of Stockton USTs which are within 20 feet of <br /> groundwater and subject to new monitoring regulations effective January 1, 1993, <br /> excluding the five at the Regional Wastewater Control Facility, which were reported in <br /> the December 7, 1992 letter to you from Jeff Cameron of Municipal Utilities. <br /> 1. Fire Co 1, 1701 W WashinglQn. 550 g Diesel. <br /> This tank was removed December 3, 1992. <br /> 2. Fire Co 2 110 W Sonora, 250 Waste Oil <br /> This tank was removed November 2, 1992. <br /> 3. Fire Co 2, 110 W Sonora, 550 g Diesel, IQM g Unleaded, 550 g Diesel <br /> Replacement sites have been selected for these tanks, and are in the process of getting the <br /> appropriate approvals. A bid specification has been written to replace the remaining <br /> tanks with above-ground tanks. This will go out to bid, and approval of the bid by City <br /> Council is anticipated in the first or second quarter of 1993. Once the replacements are <br /> complete, we will immediately empty the USTs and proceed to remove the tanks. <br /> 4. Fire Co 3, 1116 E First St. 550 g Diesel <br /> Falcon Energy has submitted the low bid for removal of this tank. Bids for an above- <br /> "STOCKTON...CALIFORNIANS SUNRISE SEAPORT'S <br />
