Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br />2. A licensed tank tester must perform a tank integrity test and results received prior to scheduling the final <br />inspection. <br />3. If piping is disturbed, a line tightness test must be performed by a licensed tank tester and results given to this <br />office prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />4. All underground storage tank components shall bear a UL label. <br />5. All metal equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />6. All equipment must be compatible with the underground storage tank system. <br />7. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br />8. Contact Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the following inspections: <br />a. Corrosion protection on the new riser. <br />b. Measurement of drop tube. <br />c. Final inspection. <br />9. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br />10. Contact Dina Abate EHS at (209) 468-3468 to arrange all inspections. Allow 48-hour notice for all <br />inspections. <br />11. Permit expires October 22, 2003. Note: If an extension to the expiration date is required a request must be <br />received in writing to this office prior to the expiration date. <br />12.
