Lincoln St. <br /> Stockton, CA. 95203 <br /> 204: <br /> L4: 87 ANNULAR space high liquid alarms 06/30/13 &08/16/13... <br /> The alarms cleared themselves. <br /> SST was on site 04/24/14 to check brine level.They found the cap lose&brine level <br /> high. SST adjusted brine level.(see attached work order). <br /> Alarm history not attached to DO report May 2013... <br /> The original DO report for May 2013 was misplaced. A copy of each DO report is <br /> emailed each month to the COS office.An emailed copy of the May 2013 was presented <br /> to the County inspector at the time of inspection. A second copy of the alarm history will <br /> be printed each month from now on to insure this does not happen in the future. <br />
