Lincoln Rd., Stockton CA <br />The permit application (SR0055159) for the enhanced vapor recovery phase U upgrade on the <br />underground storage tank system (UST) at the above referenced site has the following <br />deficiencies: <br />1. Provide a drawing of the layout of the installation of the clean air separator with regards <br />to the vent line. <br />2. Provide a detailed scope of work that includes the following information: <br />a. Will the existing vent lines be modified below grade? <br />b. Will the clean air separator be installed over existing underground vent lines? <br />c. Will the existing dispensing units be used or new ones installed? <br />d. Will the monitoring panel be upgraded? <br />e. Will new electrical conduit be installed? <br />3. The above noted information must be submitted before the permit application will be <br />considered for approval.
