Enclosed are the following items to show proof of compliance: <br />1. SJC EHD Return to Compliance Certification Form (EHD 22-02-005) <br />2. Certification of Financial Responsibility (California SWRCB Form) <br />3. City of Stockton Certification of Financial Responsibility <br />(Copy of Chief Financial Officer Letter; Original was mailed to SJC EHD) <br />4. Page 2 of the Official Inspection Report (Program 2361) noting LIST violations <br />Item #22 — Code Section CCR 2650: Recording / Reporting of Unauthorized Releases <br />This item was corrected on site during the inspection by Fleet Maintenance.
