Contact the fire department for their permit requirements. <br />2. Samples must be taken and analyzed as stated on pages 4 and 5 of the permit application. <br />3. Per Jack Coffelt, Advanced GeoAnalytical will perform the soil sampling and Cal Tech Environmental Labs <br />will perform the analytical tests. <br />4. EHD must witness the soil sampling. Contact EHD to arrange this inspection appointment. <br />Installation Conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br />2. A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received prior to scheduling the final <br />inspection. <br />3. A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed and results prior to scheduling the final <br />inspection. <br />4. If automatic pump shut down is provided it must satisfy 2636(g) of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br />5. All piping and connections shall bear a UL label. <br />6. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm. <br />7. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />8. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br />9. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />a. Primary piping <br />b. Secondary piping <br />c. Piping slope <br />d. 24 hour lake test on dispenser pans and sumps <br />e. Final inspection <br />10. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br />11. A final inspection must be performed prior to returning this station to operation. <br />12. Submit an As -Built plan to EHD at the time of the final inspection. Note: A final inspection will not be <br />performed unless the as-builts are submitted. <br />13. Contact Dennis Catanyag, RENS at (209) 468-3459 to arrange all inspections. Allow 48 hour notice for all <br />inspections. <br />14. Permit expires December 31, 2002.
