Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Thuy Tran at (209) 468-8257 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br />inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a. Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to <br />backfilling. <br />b. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br />test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 tank prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. Since concrete will be broken near the 87 product tank, a secondary containment test <br />must be performed on the 87 tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br />manufacturer's guidelines. <br />
