Cherokee Ln., Lodi
(SR0054219)
Dear Garrett:
June 4, 2008
As discuss today by tel.ephone, we need to add a new scope item to this project.
The existing shallow Bravo UDC's do not have the dedicated low voltage conduit we
need for the new ISA data cables.
We are proposing to extend the existing low -voltage conduit from the 91 tank annular
junction box to each of the two (2) UDC's.
We will. need to install a new penetration fitting at each LTDC's to accommodate this new
conduit. We will be using the Bravo EBS For this purpose. A specification sheet is
enclosed.
PAGE 02
Since we will be excavating at the two (2) UDC's we assume that you will want to see a
water test on those three (3) components prior to backfill.. We will also conduct a
standard S13989 test on those items at the completion of the project and forward a copy of
that test .report to you.
Please let the know if you have any questions or require any additional items.
Thanks for all of your help on this project.
Sincerely,
WALTON ENGI;NEEMG, INC.
Michael E.
