The only coincidental event that day that might possibly <br />be related is retesting of a failed spill bucket. The repair crew may have entered the 91 <br />octane turbine sump for some reason and trigged the alarm. However, according to the <br />test results (attached), you were on-site and I would assume that you would have observed <br />all activities. At any rate, the Franchisee has been instructed to note all alarm conditions <br />and report them to the Corporate Office for maintenance dispatch. <br />A "Return to Compliance Certification" dated 9/17/07 was mailed to you earlier.
