Cherokee Lane #1, Lodi <br />Dear Mr. Cacapit: <br />In response to your inspection report dated 7/2/10 (copy attached), the following <br />documents and/or comments are enclosed: <br />1. Item #9. Max product alarms in June 2009. Since these apparently <br />occurred over a year ago (your notation), the problem appears to be <br />resolved. However, the carrier has been cautioned about over -filling. <br />2. Item #13. Float and chain assembly was adjusted on dispenser 3/4 (87 <br />product) at the time of testing and inspection. <br />3. Item #18. The 89 and 91 failed spill buckets were replaced and tested <br />(results attached) before placing back in service. Final test will be <br />conducted after permits from SJVAPCD and SJCEHD are received. <br />4. Item #21. Water removed from 87 & 91 STP sumps and the 89 fill sump, <br />and placed in HW drum on site. Evergreen Environmental Services <br />notified to pick up, transport, and dispose of the site's collected HW <br />5. Item #23c. The correct date for SB -989 testing in 2006 was September 7`t'. <br />The SB -989 test dates for 2009 were August 7t' and a retest of the repaired <br />89 piping sump on August 19`h. The Designated Operator has been <br />instructed keep accurate records. <br />6. Return to Compliance Certification is also attached. <br />
