A recent review of the underground storage tank file for the <br />above referenced facility indicated that this facility last had the secondary containment system tested <br />on October 8, 2002 <br />Additionally, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) must be notified 48 <br />hours in advance of performing any required test. If notification is not made to this office prior to <br />testing then the results will not be accepted. Results from the above testing must be sent to this office <br />within 30 days of the test completion.
