Contact Aris Cacapit to arrange the following inspections (a 48 hour notice is <br />required): <br />a. One hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 91 spill bucket. <br />b. The test fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches <br />below the top of the spill bucket, regardless of the spill bucket's capacity <br />for the 91 spill bucket. <br />c. Test operation of the drain valve of the 91 spill bucket. <br />d. 87 leak detector functionality test (3 gallon per hour at 10 psi leak test). <br />7. If concrete is broken near the UST, a third party tank integrity test and/or line <br />integrity test (or equivalent) must be performed, once concrete is poured in <br />accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Results must be received by the <br />EHD within seven days of returning the facility to operating condition. <br />8.
