Please see conditions for approval (hydrostatic test <br />and secondary containment test) <br />I have just spoken to Steve and informed him the above, and the last monitoring certification at this facility was conducted in Sept, <br />2008. The inspection in October 2009 was for sensor functionality verification after the cold, and not the annual monitoring <br />certication. Even if we were to credit that 2009 inspection and tests toward annual monitoring certification, the spill bucket and <br />leak detectors were not tested.
