Passed. Retest of the replaced components is required in six months of installation. <br />Confirmed visual fail of the secondary containment test of 87 -octane fuel piping. Observed soap <br />bubbles and hissing at the 87 -octane boot in the UDC #1/2. <br />Technician decided not conducting the 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) at UDC #1/2 due to <br />failure of 87 -octane secondary pass. UST System not ready to return to operation. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD2' -04 / v �� �/ UST SERVICE REQUEST INSPECTION REPORT <br />
