Applicant stated no breaking of primary and secondary lines or drilling into the UDC. <br />The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. The proposed equipment/components must be installed in accordance to manufacturer's <br />instructions and third -party approved. <br />4. Contact Jeff Wong at (209) 468-0335 to arrange the following inspection appointments <br />(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br />inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br />a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on Dispenser #1/2 UDC sump. <br />b. Secondary containment testing on all fuel piping. <br />c. Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for the underside of the UDC where <br />stainless steel bolts and nuts are installed to secure entry to UDC prior to backfilling. <br />.. <br />approval.inspection and <br />5. If concrete will be broken near the UST or piping, a secondary containment test must be <br />performed on the UST or piping once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br />manufacturer's guidelines. <br />
