DRP when cured is very flexible allowing the membran f the penetration fitting to absorb the shock <br />associated with movement in the system caused by hydraulic ham#r, differential settling or earthquake. Polysulfide <br />is highly fuel compatible and is used to form fuel cells in the win&d of aircraft. <br />The fill material is intended to form a stand alone permanent arrier to leaks. Should the flexible membranes of the <br />penetration fitting be breached for any reason, DRP when py6perly installed will form a permanent barrier to fuel and <br />water migration through the fitting DRP is available in dua 0.5 oz cartridges (21 oz total) and is designed to be <br />applied using Diversified's applicator gun DAG. DRP is su lied in Diversified's series of bulkhead installation kits, and <br />in individual cartridge sets. Cartridge sets are bulk box for ease of shipment. <br />DRP cartridges are designed for use with Divers ifie s SM series of Y2x 30 element static mixing wands. These wands <br />are recommended to <br />ensure proper mixing and back pressure. <br />Prior to installation, properly clean all surfa96 of loose dust, dirt, rust, grease, mold release agents, oil and any <br />material that will interfere with the bonding process. Diversified's DBC aerosol cleaner is recommended for use with <br />Weaver bulkheads manufactured by DPM Inc, fiberglass sumps, fiberglass pipes, metal and plastic conduits. DBC is an <br />excellent cleaner/primerfor use on other substrates.
