B.1) Your pipe and Bravo FF -Series Flange Fittings should be clean and COMPLETELY DRY AT <br />ALL TIMES. All pre -abraded areas should be inspected for debris and inconsistencies. No dirt or other <br />foreign material should be on or inside the fiberglass fitting components. SEE A.1 <br />• ` 1 • • 1ilii, IN I• <br />B.2) Please follow your pipe manufacturers' installation guidelines on cleaning, cutting, scarfing, <br />tapering and gluing your fiberglass pipe. Use a minimum of 4 feet between first joint & sump fitting for <br />proper flexibility. Clean all parts after scarfing and tapering. <br />B.3) RECOMMENDED: OPTIONAL: If size over size piping is used, it is recommended <br />that you install pipe centralizers between the primary and secondary pipe. Refer to .pipe instructions. <br />.) Dry -fit the the pipe with both halves of the flange fitting against the sump wall. BOTH <br />HALVES OF THE FITTING MUST BE PRESENT ON THE PIPE AND MUST SIT FLAT AGAINST <br />THE WALL. If the pipe angle is interfering with this then adjust the pipe so both fitting halves sit flat <br />and square against the sump wall. Seal all endpoints to your fiberglass pipe. Pressure test piping <br />system per pipe manufacturers instructions while observing all local, state and federal codes. <br />.J) FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS DETAILED BELOW TO MIX AND APPLY YOUR ADHESIVE. <br />DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MIX MORE THAN ONE KIT AT A TIME. <br />Each fitting is supplied with two bags 2 Bags of Filler <br />of milled fiberglass filler. Two bags <br />should be added to each adhesive kit per Cii1eSlVe Kit <br />and thoroughly mixed BEFORE <br />CATALYST IS ADDED. <br />When thoroughly incorporated, then <br />catalyze your adhesive and <br />thoroughly mix again before <br />application. Add more fiberglass filler <br />to the adhesive at your own discretion <br />if it seems too thin. <br />B.6) When all hole saw cuts have <br />been made and piping has been tested <br />with a pass result, apply a GENEROUS <br />amount of adhesive to all contact <br />surfaces: the wall, the fitting, inside the <br />fitting cavity and to the pipe leading up <br />to the wall for approximately 2 inches. <br />(Fig. B6). <br />6 ii -FF -Series -11A <br />
