s- <br />EQUILON ENTERPRISES LLC, d/b/a/ Shelf Oil Products US, a limited liability company <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (herein called the "Company"), hereby <br />appoints and authorizes Gilbarco, Inc. as its true and lawful Agent and Attorney -in -Fact to do or perform <br />any or all of the following relating to the Company's retail facilities in the United States as follows: <br />to execute, file and deliver any and all routine environmental applications, renewals and <br />certifications, necessary or proper, for filing before administrative or executive officers, <br />boards and agencies, whether federal, state or municipal required for the sale of Motor Fuel <br />at retail gasoline stations. <br />Gilbarco, Inc. shall have the ability to designate its employees that shall perform and execute <br />under this Limited Power of Attorney. <br />This Power of Attorney shall be effective as of October , 2006, and shall continue in full force <br />and effect until specifically revoked in writing. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Company has caused this Power of Attorney to be signed by its <br />Vice President Retail Sales and Operations, sealed with its corporate seal, and attested by its Secretary. <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
