Just wanted to touch base with you, I will be off work for the next 3 days,
returning Tuesday 11/20/07.
RE:
2375 Grant Line RD, secondary containment testing
am glad you caught the 1 versus 2 failures, that was one of my questions. On the test results submitted to my
office on the summary page it lists 1 failure, the 91 STP sump, but if you look at the individual test results it also
lists a failure for the 89 Vapor Bucket. I am wondering if there were 2 failures or just 1. Next question is -were
repairs made and a retest done? If so can you send me the retest results.
3725 Tracy Blvd, Retest
According to your message during tanknology's retest there was another failure, different from the failures listed
on the permit application. If this is the case an amended permit application needs to be submitted listing the
additional repairs that need to made. I will than prepare an amended approval letter and send it over to you. In
regards to scheduling an appointment you are correct I am unavailable to do an inspection until the week after
thanksgiving.
Hope this info helps, I wanted to get it to you before I left. Like I mentioned earlier I will be returning to the office
on the 20th.
Thank you
Michelle D.
