Grant Line <br />Road in Tracy, we wish to let you know that both requested corrections have been <br />completed. Enclosed you will find an updated UST monitoring plan noting the required <br />information. Also enclosed is a copy of the Service Station Systems work order which <br />took care of the problem with Dispenser 1/2.
