Please be <br /> aware that any follow up being done is chargeable. <br /> Here is the list of violations that remain open. <br /> Open violations from May 15,2018 inspection <br /> Violation#301-UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release,including spills and overfills. <br /> The fuel filters under the dispensers are not located to allow drips and leaks to drain back into the UDC.The <br /> underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases. Immediately provide <br /> approved secondary containment for the filters under permit and inspection by the EHD. <br /> Open violations from April 24,2018 inspection <br /> Violation#121-Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> An inspection was last done on March 21,2017 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br /> submitted to bring this site into compliance.This information was required to be submitted within 30 days of <br /> receiving the inspection report.This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this <br /> facility.An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes <br /> a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken.
