EHD must witness the soil sampling before the new transition sump is installed. <br />2. Contact EHD prior to backfilling the new vapor sump so that a 24-hour lake test can be performed <br />by this office. <br />3. A pressure and soap test must be performed by EHD on any installed piping. <br />4. Contact EHD for an inspection of the newly installed sensor prior to returning this facility to <br />operating conditions. <br />5. All newly installed UST equipment shall bear a UL label. <br />6. Scope of work and equipment submitted shall be the same as SR0034142. <br />7. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br />8. If ground is broken near the underground storage tank than, a tank integrity test must be performed <br />once this facility is returned to operating conditions. This office must receive results within 7 days of <br />completing the test. <br />9. Contact the local Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />applicable permits and requirements. <br />10. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br />11. This permit expires 90 days from issue.
