Underground storage tanks that were
installed after January 1, 1984 must be constructed to comply with Health & Safety Code
(H&S) Section 25292.
Upon an Environmental Health Department inspection it was deemed that this tank does
not satisfy H&S Section 25292. Therefore, this tank must be upgraded, removed or
closed in place, under a permit with this office. {H&S Section 25298 (c)}
In addition, this tank must be registered with our office and remedied into compliance
under H&S 25292 immediately or further legal action may occur. If you have any
questions you may contact Doug Wilson, Supervising RENS at (209) 468-3446.
Thank you,
'X
4—
Michelle Le, Sr. REHS
Environmental Health Department
