A complete description of work performed must be submitted prior to scheduling the <br />final inspection. <br />2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced Environmental Health Department (EHD) must <br />be notified so that an inspection can be arranged and parts can be approved prior to <br />commencing work. Per Environmental Health assessment of findings, new plans and a <br />permit application may be required to be submitted. <br />3. All piping, fittings and connections shall bear a UL label. <br />4. All equipment in contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br />5. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br />6. EHD must witness a 30 -minute pressure test on all repaired/replaced piping prior to <br />backfill. <br />7. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test must be <br />performed by a certified tank tester prior to the final inspection. <br />8. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to finalizing the work complete. Give <br />48-hour notice for all inspection appointments.
