According to Title 23, California Code of Regulations, Section 2637 (b), this <br />testing must be performed at least once every 12 months. According to section 2636 (f)(4), you must <br />submit your pressurized line tightness test to this office annually (unless exempt under section 2635 <br />(f)). Our files indicate your last monitoring certification, spill container, and leak detector test was <br />performed on May 26, 2004. <br />It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to schedule the required tests immediately or <br />further legal action may occur. Additionally, this office must be notified of the test date and time <br />48 hours prior to performing any of the above tests.
